Children in the window published

February 2026

In May last year (2025) I read alongside Oxford Professor of Theoretical Physics Joseph Conlon at a Cheltenham Poetry Festival event entitled “Origins and the Poetry of Science”. I also read at events held at Cirencester Library and the Upton on Severn Folk Festival.

My fourth collection of poems, my first since “Uncharted” (Graffiti Books 2022), has recently been published ( February 2026). It is entitled Children in the Window, and comes again from Graffiti Books. (See the Books/Publications section of this website for more details). It was successfully  launched to a full house in late February at an event jointly hosted by the Malvern Book Co-op and Graffiti Books.  All proceeds from sales of the collection were donated to the Book Co-op's Community Literacy Project.

Later in April of this year (2026)  I read poems from my new collection at the Cheltenham Poetry Festival, alongside fellow poet William Wootten, followed by readings at the Cheltenham Library and the Upton on Severn Violet Bookshop ( as part of the annual Upton Folk Festival).
